A blend of approximately 80% Chardonnay and 20% Vermentino.
Chardonnay: international variety, widely known, cultivated for decades in our valleys with great success. Vermentino: a variety of Italian origin, recently introduced in Valle de Guadalupe. One of the first varieties that we have passed from the experimental phase to commercial cultivation. Its fresh and fruity aroma gives the wine liveliness. COLOR: Brilliant, medium yellow with gold hue and medium density. AROMAS: Medium intensity. Tropical fruits like pineapple dominate the aroma, also golden apple and a floral hint of chamomile. TASTE: Balanced acidity, Round in mouth, mellow and perfect to drink by itself. Dry, medium-bodied, kind to the palate and with a long finish. PAIRING: Creamy textures will help to keep the balance of the wine in place; pastas, cooked fish or buttered lobster.
