History,
Step 1 wheat, sourced from the renowned culinary region of Piedmont, Italy (above), is hand-selected and prepared for distillation.
Step 2 traditionally distilled five times in a column still.
Step 3 passed through 2,000 carats of black diamonds, also known as carbonados, to remove impurities that standard filtration method cannot, resulting in a supremely clean spirit.
Step 4 THE EXTREMELY CLEAN LIQUID IS THEN is then micro-oxygenated to elongate each molecule, giving it a very creamy finish, allowing the liquid to glide across the tongue as opposed to poking and burning like most spirits
Tasting Notes,
Nose: On the nose Carbonadi is very clean, with aromas of bay leaf and dried mint.
Palate: You will get hint of anise with a creamy mouth feel

Carbonadi is Incredible Vodka
I tried a Carbonadi martini, and thought it was the best tasting martini I'd ever had. So I bought a case, and have been making martinis for my friends. The consensus has been the same as my initial reaction. People rave that it's the best martini they had ever experienced. I highly recommend Carbonadi if you want the finest vodka tasting experience on the planet.
