Calumet Farm Single Rack Black 15 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey is the pinnacle of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family. It represents the premium quality our brand is known for, as well as the hard-earned badge of patience. Allowing our bourbon to age slowly in Kentucky-only rick houses is a testament to doing things the right way - the way bourbon should be done. All barrels used to craft these rare batches are aged in a single, center cut rack. This expression of the Calumet Farm Bourbon family is our most aged and highest proof to date. It is Non-Chill Filtered for added depth of character and color.
Tasting Notes,
Nose: Warm vanilla and oak spice notes accompany dark red fruit compote and caramel sauce. These are all pretty standard as far as Kentucky bourbon goes.
Palate: Fruit-forward flavors of cherries and apricots mingle with peppery spice notes and a hint of mint.
Finish: Tannins like oak and leather remain behind as the sip fades away. There’s some dark chocolate with a bit of alkalinity as well.

Calumet 15 vs Sam Houston
Got the Same Houston 15 and this Calumet 15 and Calumet for the win. Both delicious neat. Calumet a bit smoother with a larger flavor pallet.

CALUMET FARM 15YR 105PF
This is a lovely 15-year bourbon, with great "age" flavors (tobacco, leather, wet cardboard) but not overoaked at all. Had 2 friends blind it with Sam Houson 15-yrs (2021 CA-1 batch) and they were quite similar (same distillery), with all 3 of us giving the edge to Calumet.
