Tasting Notes,
The time spent in barrel lends a warming embrace of confectionary baking spice. An inviting nose of vanilla cream, quince, toasted barley, and cinnamon prime the palate for notes of baked apple, vanilla, and cherry, with freshly baked sourdough and dried straw lingering on the finish.
