An exceptional and powerful 21 year old Islay single malt from the esteemed Bunnahabhain distillery. Having spent a long maturation on the coastal shores of Islay in Oloroso Sherry butts, this expression was then finished in Pedro Ximenez casks. Notes of caramelised walnuts, dried figs, liquorice, fresh coffee, a hint of nutmeg and a subtle touch of sea breeze.
