The vineyard is grown in simple Guyot and Cordon de Royat pruning and the plants are between 10 and 50 years old. Young vines are planted at high density, between 14,500 and 17,000 feet. To optimize yields they only leave eight to ten bunches maximum on each vine. The yield is always less than 50 hl / ha, which makes it possible to obtain a wine with a refined, elegant and concentrated structure.
