Fourth generation, Catherine Buisson-Essa and her husband Patrick Essa, who is also the winemaker, hold the reigns. Analytical, philosophical, and intuitive, Patrick meticulously vinifies each wine for it to express its greatest attributes. This Grand Cru is highly structured with great density, as you would expect from a plot of such stature. A serious wine with ripe red and dark fruits, a hint of spice, meat and earthy notes. This will age into a dream of a wine and will sing you to sleep!
