Bruxo No. 5- Agave Wild Tobalá.
Its wild origin, growth time and size, makes it an extremely special agave: a tobalá. From each tobalá so few liters are extracted, that we could say that each agave finds a unique person with whom to share his knowledge.
Bruxo No. 5 is made by mezcalero Candido Reyes, AKA Tio Conejo (Uncle Rabbit). Other releases of this are also made by Cesareo “Hero” Rodriguez. The wild agave Tobala are very small, meaning that it takes a great amount of Tobala to produce small quantities of mezcal.
Balanced sweet tones peach and quince after tasting flavor. Unique butter notes, ripe tropical fruits like peach, pineapple and banana, slightly smoked aroma.
Pairing: Smoked salmon, chocolate and citrus.

About Bruxo Mezcal
Bruxo was created by a group of friends who love and honor the country of Mexico. They discovered the magic of mezcal, but above all, its people. Brujo is synonymous with shaman, wise, illuminated; and the “X ” in Bruxo then refers to the pronunciation of their origin lands, Oaxaca and México. Each bottle of Bruxo may vary slightly from lot to lot, so make sure to check your bottle for details.
