Tasting Notes,
Nose: Fruity-smoky with an emphasis on the fruit. Some bacon in the background. A big spoonful of honey, vanilla ice cream. Apricot jam. He tickles his nose slightly. The fruity note is preserved for a long time, in between even giving it a go. Over time, however, it ebbs but then off and leaves mild honey sweetness.
Taste: Strong start with walnut crisp and orange peel. For 46% quite strong. Almonds come, oak spice also quite fast. The oak spice flows into a fine herbaceous note. Now comes cocoa and toffee
Finish: Medium-long and dry with cocoa, toffee sweets and nuts. Slightly bitter. The fruit is only a distant idea.
