A blend of 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Semillon, and 15% Riesling, this is a coastal influenced orange wine from organically farmed, Santa Barbara county fruit. 15 day on skins in old native redwood fermenters. Elevage : 4-5year old french barrels for 6 months, then racked into stainless steel for thelast 2 months of aging. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, 10ppm of sulfur. No additives, obvi.
