JOHN GILMAN 92 POINTS-"The new release of Bollinger non-vintage Rosé Brut is a beautiful example. The wine is a
pretty salmon color and delivers a refined aromatic constellation of blood orange, strawberries, a
touch of rhubarb, chalky soil tones, wheat bread, dried rose petals and a touch of upper register
smokiness. On the palate the wine is crisp, young and full-bodied, with a fine core and soil
signature, refined mousse, bright acids and a long, well-balanced and complex finish. There is a
nice touch of closing vinosity to the wine this year. 2022-2040."
