Anne and Pierre Boisson don’t make a lot of wine. So even with a 200-year family track record in Meursault - previously Domaine Boisson-Vadot - they lack the name recognition of some of the region’s icons. As a result, their classic, old-vine bottlings represent some of the best values in all of White Burgundy. Les Chevalières is the most mineral-driven and age-worthy wine in their lineup.
Tastes like: Ripe peach, lemon zest, sea salt, smoke.
How to drink: Decant this for 30 minutes in the fridge, or age it for another 10+ years in the cellar.
