A pioneering vermouth for a new aperitif
To the traditional and artisanal system of making our vermouth, we have added a brief period of aging and maturation of 7 months in new French oak barrels from Allier with a medium toast.
Bitter, aromatic vermouth, with an intense colour, with roasted bases and with that peculiar flavour that reminds us of traditional vermouth. We have been making vermouth since 1937, maintaining our traditional formula, for which we use up to 24 different aromatic plants and herbs.
