The Pinot Noir grapes used in this wine were picked early to avoid high alcohol and saturated sugar flavors, hence the lower 12.5% alcohol. Blended with a touch of Viognier and Gewurztraminer, the grapes were immediately pressed to produce a white, still wine with the slightest salmon colored hue. This wine shows fFresh, in-season citrus, white flower, white peach, a hint of tart cranberry. Delicate but lively, elegant but zesty/zingy and bright.
