Founded by Robin Tucek in 1995, Blackadder is another independent bottler coming to you from Scotland but bottling not just whisky but also rum and other spirits. They are iconic for their “raw casks” which leaves all sediment from the cask in the bottle. Literally little pieces of cask and char are still in the bottle!
Tasting Notes,
Lemon-lime cream pie. Lemon yogurt, french vanilla with a ton of tart citrus and fruits. Really rich, creamy, and delicious.
