Nose: Dark fruits, fig, apricot, plum, luxardo cherries, hint of smoke, highland scotch funk.
Palate: Rich sweetness & saltiness up front, bacon wrapped dates, honey, roasted walnuts, campfire smoke.
Finish: Medium to long finish and the time in islay scotch casks is very apparent. Oyster brine, leather, sea salt, smoke on the backend.
