The Gaucher domaine is stuated in the town of Arcconville in heart of Champagne Cotes de Bar district. A blend of estate-grown Pinot Noir (90%) and Chardonnay (10%) this rose sports a dark salmon pink color and an active effervescence that releases fresh aromas of hibiscus flowrs, straberries and nougat. The palate is dominated by a cream tinged paly of red berries, citrus and chalk tones. While easy going enough for cocktail senarious this Gaucher is really at it best at the dinning table when paired with poultry, crab, and salmon dishes.
