Banhez Arroqueño is produced using 100% maguey Arroqueño (agave Americana) by Apolonio Patricio Lopez in San Agustín Amatengo, Ejutla, Oaxaca. It was fermented with natural yeasts for 5-6 days and distilled in copper pots. This mezcal is earthy and dark with subtle smoke and an underlying sweetness.
