This medium-bodied red Garnacha is made in the Navarra region, a hotspot for old vines of the variety. It's a distinctively more raw, "natural" wine, and is a super-drinkable, fresh and tangy contrast to the more typical big, ripe Garnachas out there. Cool this to 55-58F and watch it disappear with appetizers!
