Limited stocks of Arran Malt have been matured in special sherry casks. A unique combination of a Highland and Scottish Island malt.
Aroma (Nose) :Delightfully light and fresh with a good nose of caramel, hazelnuts, pears and a hint of spices.
Body : Complex.
Palate : Orchard fruits are very apparent, followed by a honey sweetness with a touch of pepper. A more complex version of the Arran Single Malt with vanilla and honey mingled with spicy final note.
