Base wine is a blend of Piedmontese Chardonnay and other Italian white wines
Fortified with neutral grain spirit distilled from Italian wheat
Each ingredient is macerated separately in the neutral spirit and then partially redistilled for further complexity. The final distillate is blended with wine and beet sugar and rested in stainless steel tanks for 45–60 days before filtering and bottling.
