History,
A great peated offering from India's Amrut, "from the land of the Great Himalayas". Jim Murray speaks very highly of this, giving it 94 points. Rich and intense.
Tasting Notes,
Nose: Sweet cure bacon, smoke, malt, sweet peat, touch of caramel.
Palate: Heavy on the fruit, Peat doesn't even get a look-in. Lots of malt, tart.
Finish: Medium, peat emerges as the end, fruit teas
