Akagisan Ensinbunrisibori Junmai Daiginjo Kurobi Sake
PREFECTURE: Gunma
RICE POLISHING RATIO: 35%
RICE VARIETY: YAMADA NISHIKI
This exquisite sake made in Shizuku method (the sake is placed in a bag and gravity allows for this sake to be pressed, where it flows drop by drop into the tank), allowing for a very pure and pristine extraction. From there, after brewing, the sake is placed into a centrifuge to remove any particles, making this one of the softest, cleanest sakes. Subtle flavors of green melon and guava play in the background. This is a harmonious and effortless-drinking sake. This sake was the Gold Medal Winner of the 2023 New York World Wine and Spirits Competition.
