This is a cask strength, single cask whisky. It was distilled on Feb 28, 2007 and was aged for over 15 years in a Bourbon Hogshead and finished for 12 months in a Port Barrique. There were a total of 202 bottles dumped on Jan 3, 2023. This was bottled at 57.5% and was not chill-filtered.
Colour: Red walnut.
Nose: Bing cherry, flaked almond and coconut butter.
Palate: Raspberry jam, sticky raisin and nutmeg.
Finish: Spiced berry and currants, on a mealy, rye bread base.
