This is a cask strength, single cask whisky. It was distilled on Jan 30, 2012 and dumped from a Sherry Butt on Feb 20 2023. There were a total of 592 bottles produced. This was bottled at 65.9% and was not chill-filtered.
Colour: Polish copper.
Nose: Butter tablet, sugared almond and green cardamom.
Palate: Treacle toffee, roast hazelnut and dried apricot.
Finish: Sherried fruit and spiced complements the sweetness of the spirit.
