Born out of a highly-acclaimed restaurant (El Destilado) whose goal was to pair interesting and obscure Mezcals with proper Oaxacan and Mexican cuisine, it was natural to share these Mezcals with the world.
Nose: An intensely aromatic, feral nose with notes of collard greens, fountain pen ink, talc, and rock candy.
Palate: A blast of wintergreen on the palate hangs around with red hots, cinnamon, candied bacon, and cayenne pepper as it continues to blossom over time.
