From San Jose, CA, the 10th Street Peated Single Malt is double distilled in copper pot stills using 100% peated malted barley and aged in first-fill bourbon barrels. The distillery approach is refreshing: "We learned the old ways of making Single Malts from the masters. We saw the traditional ways of making whiskey in America. And we saw no reason to be constrained by either. Our whiskies are a product of precision. Of meticulous attention to detail. But they are also a product of adventure. A little Iodine on the neck pour, but allow to breath a little and turns into a nice smoke flavored sweet whisky. Delish
