From San Jose, CA, the 10th Street Peated Single Malt is double distilled in copper pot stills using 100% peated malted barley and aged in first-fill bourbon barrels. The distillery approach is refreshing: "We learned the old ways of making Single Malts from the masters. We saw the traditional ways of making whiskey in America.
